Changes to EU Customs Duty Rules for B2C (Consumer) Shipments

EU向けB2C貨物(個人向け貨物)に関する関税規則の変更について

Currently, low-value shipments of EUR 150 or less sent from outside the EU to consumers within the EU are, as a general rule, exempt from customs duties.

However, from July 1, 2026, this duty-free treatment for B2C low-value shipments of EUR 150 or less to the EU will be abolished, and a flat customs duty of EUR 3 is expected to be charged per line item on the customs declaration.

If you plan to purchase items shipped to the EU, please review this in advance.
