Q: Sound only comes out from one side.
A: Please turn on both the L and R power. Or, one of the batteries may be dead. Please check.


Q: Can I charge it using a normal USB cable other than the dedicated cable?
A: It is possible to charge using USB-Type C. In that case, please charge both L and R.

Charging is complete when the LED lamp turns red and then goes out. Charging takes about 3 hours using a 5V=2A adapter, and allows for up to 24 hours of continuous playback.


Q: Is it possible to listen to music using a normal USB cable other than the dedicated cable?
A: Only a dedicated cable is required; a regular USB cable cannot be used.


Q:Is a charger included?
A: Only the dedicated cable is included, the charger is not included. Please prepare a USB-Type C compatible charger separately.


Q: Can I charge it from a smartphone?
A: You can charge it from your smartphone. You can also enjoy music at the same time. However, please note that it will consume more battery power than usual.


Q: I can't connect to Bluetooth.
A: For smart devices, select KM5 HP1 from the Bluetooth settings and pair it.
If "KM5 HP1" does not appear, please check that the headphones are turned on.


Q: The ear pads are unstable and seem to rotate and fall off.
A: The ear pads have protrusions on the top and bottom that fit the main body. Please rotate the ear pads to align the protrusions. Otherwise, they may come off and get lost.


Q:Can the ear pads be washed?
A: Hand wash with mild detergent and allow to dry completely before use.


Q: I can't use Siri or Google.
A: Please check your smartphone settings.


Q:Can it be used with Cp1/Cp2?
A: You can use Bluetooth connection and wired connection by using a 3.5mm adapter. USB connection is not supported.


Q:What compression methods does Bluetooth support?
A: "LE audio", "AAC", "SBC" and "LC+" are supported.

Q: Does it support multi-pairing and multi-point?
A: It supports multi-pairing with two devices.
Priority is given to the last device paired.
If the hardware device is Bluetooth 4.2 or higher, it also supports two multi-points.
If the connection is unstable, turn off the headset, then turn off the Bluetooth on the device, turn it on again, and then turn the headset back on to resolve the issue.


Q: Can I operate the headphones from the headset itself even with a wired connection?
A: If connected with a Type-C or 3.5mm jack, the physical button will not function.
If connected to Bluetooth and a 3.5mm jack at the same time, you can use the physical button, but since the Bluetooth and wired sounds are sent to the headphones at the same time, noise may occur, so the manufacturer does not recommend it.


Q: Is USB to Lightning conversion possible?
A: It can be operated by using a Lightning adapter, but the connection conditions are as follows.
1. First, connect the Lightning adapter to the device.

2. Next, connect the 3.5mm adapter to the Lightning adapter.

3. Finally, connect the 3.5mm adapter to the Type-C cable.

The Lightning adapter is not included with this product, so you will need to purchase one yourself. Also, we do not guarantee that all Lightning adapters will work.
